It's been a while

To all those friends and family who look to this blog to keep up to date on our family and especially Campbell Jean, I apologize. Life has kept us busy between traveling to Egypt, Clemson football, Halloween, and potty training. Below is a sampling of photos from the last couple months. Check the picasa site soon to see more!

Just wanted to quickly say hello. Campbell is waking up from her nap as we speak, so my time is limited. I uploaded a whole bunch of photos to our Picasa site. The new folder should show up on the right side of the screen. There is a big hole in the chronology of these photos since I posted pictures from this month. I haven't posted pics from Jan (her birthday, etc.) through March. I will upload those to Picasa sooooon. I just wanted to share the most up to date photos first and work backwards. Life has been veeeerrry busy lately and it is only getting worse as the summer approaches. We have lots of fun stuff planned. We are all very ready for a beach vacation!

Campbell is doing great. She is walking everywhere now no problem. I don't remember when she didn't. She is 15 months old and says a handful of words including, mamma, dadda, bay (for our dog Bailey), ball, night night, bye, hiiiiiii, and more. She loves to talk on the phone. We can't keep our cell phones out of her hands. She will put it up to her ear, start walking around and quietly talking just as if she was having a serious conversation. She must have seen her dad at work!

Merry Christmas 2009

So, I know what you are all thinking...and I don't blame you. I know it is February and I am just now posting Christmas pics. Uh, well, there really has been A LOT going on lately. Since the last post, we have celebrated 2 holidays, 3 birthdays and moved twice. Things have finally slowed down...a little. I just want to refer you to the very first post we made when we started this blog as I knew this would happen sooner or later. So just bear with me!!!

Like I said, since the last post, we celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas in Aiken with our families and had a blast. It was, of course, Campbell's first Christmas and it brought a whole new meaning to the holiday for John and I. It was so much fun for all of us to see her open her first gifts and watch her play with her cousins and grandparents. It is already hard to believe, but she actually took her first steps Christmas night over at Pam and Dick's. It was amazing!! That was a little over a month ago and she is walking all over the place now. Once she figured it out, there was no stopping her. She aslo met her Great Gramma and Grampa Pearson. It was wonderful to see them with her. We had so much fun. Here are a couple videos and pics from the holidays. Enjoy!!

G-diddy gave Campbell this toy and it is her FAVORITE!

Campbell is helping me celebrate my 30th birthday. John gave me an antique locke with her pictures in it. It is the BEST present I have ever gotten!!
